One clean sweep of fabric
A roller blind is the simplest thing in the window and the least forgiving to fit. There is nothing to hide behind: if the tube is a few millimetres out of level, the fabric tracks to one side as it rolls and you will see it every time you use it.
Our roller blind fitting is cut to the millimetre from measurements taken in your room, on brackets set square to the window rather than to the plaster around it. That is the whole trick, and it is why we measure ourselves rather than work from numbers over the phone.

Yes, with the right fabric. Ask for a waterproof or moisture-resistant fabric; an ordinary one will wick damp and mark along the bottom bar over a winter.
Usually. It needs enough depth for the tube and brackets, and clearance for any window handle. We check the depth at the measure and say if an exact fit outside the recess would work better.
A double fabric with alternating solid and sheer bands that pass over each other, so you can go from open to filtered to closed on one chain. They suit rooms overlooked from the front.
